MY HEART IS A little BIT BROKEN

Yesterday I heard the dreaded words..." my heart has had some damage" Those words were my whisper. I know that I have not had the healthiest lifestyle and for that I have to take responsibility. I am heading towards a lifestyle change and new direction. I have the ability to change and make my heart strong by changing my diet and exercise. So before I have to hear more words like I did yesterday. I will listen to my whisper, and be grateful that my body was willing to give me another chance to make it healthy! lets start TOGETHER to make this happen! I have started a now a HEALTH TRACKER and please feel free to comment and let me know what you are doing to make a change for the better!
