easy breakfast


HERE IS A SIMPLE WAY OF COOKING EGGS 
AND MAKING THE FAMOUS "Mc-MuFfInS"
Preheat the oven at 350. Spray your muffin tins with 
Pam or any other kind. Crack as many eggs as required.
Cook for 15 to 20 mins. (depends on how you like your eggs)
Toast your English muffin and butter. Add the cheese and ham and 
add the egg. Wrap in parchment paper to get the cheese to melt and
give you the ability to eat breakfast on the RUN!
Crack as many eggs as required. 
Serve with hash browns, and orange juice and perhaps coffee too!
