easy stress reliever!

Found this easy tid bit of info out the other day and thought it was worth sharing
IF YOU ARE STRESSED OUT, PANIC ATTACKS, ETC..... POP SOME GUM IN YOUR MOUTH AND CHEW,CHEW, AND CHEW it AWAY! 
Not sure how it works but it is suppose to calm you, So why don't you try it? What do you have to loose?
